Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the questions we hear most often. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for, you can always email us at support@feelgoodconcierge.com.

How It Works

Where is Feel Good Concierge available?

Mental health care and medication with Feel Good Concierge are currently available in Florida and Oregon.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and cash. FSA and HSA cards are not accepted for Concierge Member fees. Checks are not accepted.

When is payment due?

Concierge members pay a full-deposit of $350 (due when you schedule your initial appointment for an evaluation)and a $95 monthly fee, at the end of the 30-day trial period.

Pay-per-visit new clients pay the evaluation fee of $395 (when scheduling their initial appointment) and $195 per follow-up visit (is paid at the time the service is received).

We encourage adherence to the highest standard of care in regard to in-office visits and frequency of contact.

Do you take my health insurance?

Feel Good Concierge is a private pay practice and does not accept health insurance plans, except:

For Oregon pay-per-visit clients only - we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, Moda Health of Oregon, or Kaiser Permanente (Permanente Advocate Resource) insurance, which is a Kaiser Healthcare Provider-only insurance plan. We bill these providers directly for you.

For all other pay-per-visit clients in Florida or Oregon, we are happy to provide you a superbill for your convenience but do expect our fee at the time of the appointment. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

At the time a new appointment an evaluation is scheduled, we require a full deposit: $350 for Concierge Members or $395 for clients who pay-per-visit.

You may cancel the appointment within 48 hours of your appointment for a full refund. If the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or if the appointment is missed without notice, and is a 'no-show', no deposit will be refunded.

What if I want to end my concierge membership?

At Feel Good Concierge, our relationships are based on mutual respect and trust.

You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time without obligation as long as you give us a 30-day notice.
